This year marks the 175th anniversary of the first walk by the Hahndorf Pioneer women. SARRC are joining in the celebrations by organising the fifth annual Pioneer Women's Trail Run / Walk in partnership with the National Trust of South Australia.
This event is a great family day out. To mark this historic occasion, there will be celebrations at the finish at Beaumont House including bands, a folk dance group, Inkpot Theatre children, a farmers’ market and special guests in the grounds. We encourage you to make a day of it and invite your family and friends to join you after the run / walk. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.

This year's event will be held on Sunday 25th May and will feature a new two-lap fast, flat course that promises a good share of PB's. The start and finish will be at the Faith Lutheran College in Tanunda, where there will be a live band and catering, among the usual race necessities. More event information to follow soon...
