PLEASE NOTE:  NO REGISTRATIONS, BIB NUMBER REPALCEMENTS OR ENTRY CHANGES AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE AND
THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON RACE DAY
 
Entries received before Monday 27 February will receive race bibs by mail. All other entrants must collect their race bibs from the start on the morning of the event

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Fast simple course along safe bicycle track for most of the run with sections alongside magnificent beach. Pleasant scenery takes you through a vibrant holiday atmosphere inthe town centre. View to Rapid head and beautiful Carrickalinga.

COURSE
Head up Jetty Road, turn right into Heathcote St & continue on Cheesman Street.  Turn left at Normanville Hotel & along the main street into Carrickalinga Road.
5km turnaround is at the Carrickalinga Sands entrance (huge Leafy Sea Dragon flag).
10km continue straight ahead,turn left into Riverview Drive & follow into Gold Coast Drive.  Turn around at Haycock Point, Carrickalinga.

6:00 am - Late Entry and Race Bib Collection from Race Start at Normanville Foreshore Car Park
8:00 am - Start 10km Walkers
8:15 am-  Start 10km Runners
8:20 am - Start 5km Walkers
8.30 am - Start 5km Runners
10:00 am - Presentation
