Sunday 13 May, SARRC Belair Social (Trail) Run
The trail run on the morning of Sunday 13 May will be a traditional SARRC event, the Belair National Park Social Run: a 12km hilly course through pleasant and varied woodland, with superb views in places. This will be followed by breakfast in the Belair Park Country Club for those who would like to have it. There is no entry required for the run and no services supplied apart from the course marking. You do need to tell Blake beforehand if you'd like the breakfast. Blake Tooth will be organising this event because I will be away. The run starts at 8.00 a.m. in the Belair Park Country Club car park. This is clearly signposted on Upper Sturt Rd, opposite Woodlark Grove, and 100m south of the main entrance to Belair National Park. There is are toilets next to the car park. Breakfast will be $18.00 a head immediately after the run at 9.30. (I'm sorry that it's so early, but the club will need the room for another function from 11.30). If you'd like the breakfast please tell the convenor, Blake Tooth, by Friday midday so that he can tell the Country Club how many to expect. You pay on the day.
