Southern Suburbs Running Group

First group run Saturday 10th March 7.15am

The new Southern Suburbs Running Group will be commencing, Saturday 10th March, 7am for 7.15am. Please meet at the park at the end of Albert Tce (off Wheatsheaf Rd) Morphett Vale.The park is on the Rail to Vines trail and has water and toilet facilities.

As it will be the first gathering, there will be a brief introduction from everyone which will help get an understanding of the distances everyone is running and the goals for the group. This will enable David to structure the group runs.

At the end of the run, everyone is welcome to meet at the cafe next to Adelaide Fresh Fruiterers, at approximatley 8.15 -8.30am for coffee and catchup on the first group run.
